Email us the closing package

We will digitize all signature pages and add any other elements needed to properly complete the documents (i.e. dates, check boxes, etc.)

We will contact the signer

Much like a paper signing, I will contact the signer and confirm our appointment details, and I will go over the process with the signer- letting them know that I’m there to answer any questions they may have about the process, and to make the process as quick and as easy as possible.

When we meet online

We will meet online (think Zoom), click our way through the package, making sure every signature, date, and other pertinent information needed, is provided exactly where it should be.

ID Validation

Our signing platform will validate the signer’s ID, using Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) and ID credential analysis (the signer will answer a few questions and upload their driver’s license via their cellphone)- and adopt their digital signature

When we are done

After our signing- myself, the signer and the title contact will receive a copy of the fully executed package. A hard copy can be mailed too upon request. Easy-peasy!
